Ayrton Senna

This Ayrton Senna portrait honours the Brazilian Icon of Formula 1, an athlete who was more than just a three time world champion in his chosen sport, loved by millions both inside and outside of Formula One.

I have recreated his image in my signature style of Glue Chipped Glass and 24 carat Gold Leaf, with the Brazilian flag painted in enamel paints.

The artwork is created in 4mm float glass.

In each corner of the piece is a circuit which had a significant impact on his racing career. They are Donnington, Estoril, Suzuka and Monaco.

The piece is framed in a satin black frame with a gold sight line which really compliments the Gold Leaf on his portrait.
