Delivery & Shipping Charges.
There are three options for delivery of my purchased artwork.
Free shipping, by hand, UK mainland only.
What's included:
- I will hand deliver your artwork to your chosen UK mainland address.
- No mileage or carriage charges.
- Delivery to suit your schedule.
- Padded storage/transport bag, should you wish to send the artwork to another location in the future.
What's not included:
- Hanging of the artwork
Free international shipping. Through my selected fine art carrier.
- Bespoke foam lined crated artwork.
- Door to door delivery from me to you.
- All import and export documentation.
- Fully insured for loss and damage.
- Delivery in 2-3 weeks, worldwide.
What's not included:
- Import duties, taxes, tariffs as directed by the import country.
- Disposal of packing materials.
Free international shipping, white glove service.
- Shipping to 147 countries
- Delivery within 14 days.

What's not included:
- Import duties, taxes, tariffs as directed by the import country.
With the free shipping option you will have to ensure that someone is available at your chosen address to receive the crate, unpack the artwork and hang it in your chosen location.
With the white glove service, all you have to ensure is that the delivery team have access to the delivery address. They will then unpack the artwork, unwrap it, and hang it in your chosen location, (Europe only) and clean up after the installation.
In stock artwork will normally be dispatched from my studios within 1-3 working days.
Bespoke commissions will be despatched within 8-10 weeks from order placement.
For standard free delivery, your goods will be delivered to the address you gave on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. I will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
Basically for hand delivery we will have a conversation forst to determine the best time for you to receive the artwork.
Disposal of packing materials is your responsibility.
After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the my studios where I reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, I reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
If you select the free delivery option then please check the goods on delivery – any goods found to be damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to me within 24 hours of receipt.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let me know promptly.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond mine or the courier’s control I may be prevented from delivering your goods. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers.
